TOC Flow ManufacturingBottleneck Management Learning & Sharing

       To strengthen the management consciousness, enhance productivity, the TOC Manufacturing and Bottleneck Management training was successfully launched in our conference room on May 6. The purpose of the training is to popularize TOC knowledge to staff at all levels, learn theory of constraints (TOC), and share lessons learned based on the self work practice.

        The objective in attending TOC Production Bottleneck Management classes is to break through the physical and intangible constraints (bottlenecks) of the factory for achieving some objectives. What has been changed is integrate and optimize the thoughts if management, improve efficiency and output.

       At the orientation meeting, the lecturer focused heavily on the core of TOC theory: “all system has at least one constraint – bottleneck, otherwise it may have unlimited output. To increase the output of a system, we must break the bottleneck.” All employees spoke enthusiastically and communicated with each other, considered how to break the bottleneck and find a more efficient and competitive production mode to break through the physical and intangible constraints (bottlenecks) of the factory for achieving scheduled target in combination with the constraints they met in their own work, thus constructive views and suggestions for optimizing our management methods and procedure, improving product quality and product effectiveness are expounded.

       By this training, the trainees have benefited a lot, and hope more similar training might be held in the future.
